SUB-SEA DEPLOYMENT BASKET FOR ROV OPERATIONS
The unique, foldable design of the sub-sea deployment basket. Unfolding / folding operation takes only 5 minutes to perform. Inside the basket are the ROV's cable compartment and spare cable holding chambers. All construction is made from stainless steel and painted with unique sub-sea / ROV recognizable colors.
DANCER BUS
A new generation super lightweight fully electric city bus.

My role in this project covered almost everything from design, material selection, manufacturing technology selection down to final assembly and testing. Creating such a product from scratch is a huge challenge and only close work with colleagues lets us enjoy results.
UMBILICAL REEL FOR DEEP SEA WATER JET CUTTING
Unique reel project dedicated to subsea abrasive cutting works. Reel primarily used for cutting oil well heads that are not in use any- more.
Strict requirements were set by the client as the reel is intended to be used in harsh environment. Challenge was to design light, yet various offshore standards complying, frame and reel drum that can handle heavyweight umbilical.
UMBILICAL TOWER
The unique design of the bulk loading station for filling up the vessels at the quayside.

The umbilical tower has a unique hose deployment / retraction system and can react to the vessel height above the waterline.

Given that the tower has its own crane - any vessel could be serviced!

CNC MACHINE
It is a 5th CNC machine that I have designed and built entirely from scratch. This machine is the most advanced Of all I have created as it has an automatic ten position tool changer. The device was designed for aluminum machining in mind (softer materials machining is possible off-course). Driven by servo motors, this CNC machine is a champion in speed and accuracy! I always aim for function and design coherence.
TIMBER WOOD AUTOMATIC MARKING MACHINE
Another successful attempt was to ease the workplace and fasten the production line of wooden pallets. The unit is designed to be easily relocated and adapted to an automated manufacturing line if needed. This device improves the outcome of marked woodblocks by 60% compared with previous operations!!!
FLIGHT SIMULATOR
As a pilot, I am always looking forward to familiarising others with flying experiences. With current technologies, like Virtual reality headsets, virtual flight could become almost as accurate as real life. I have made a flight simulator to add the missing part of that feeling, so the feeling is 95% as in the actual flight!
